Should any society actively eliminate Down Syndrome or any other "abnormality?"
There is no similar epidemic of not just terminating Downs' pregnancies but practicing infanticide against infants with Down's Syndrome. With more and more downs births taking place, world-wide, how, as a society do we prioritize who needs care and who doesn't?
